T&M Roof Repairs are ideal for small fixes like minor leaks, shingle replacements, flashing adjustments, or small sections of capping.
A Time and Material (T&M) Repair is the quickest and most cost-effective way to address your roofing needs without the wait of an estimator. During periods of high demand, estimates can take weeks. When speaking with our office staff, describe the roofing issue and ask if you qualify for a T&M (the more information, the better!).
If you qualify for a T&M, our office staff will collect your deposit and service technicians will be sent out to service your roof ASAP. A final invoice will reflect the total time and materials used during the repair, with the deposit going towards the final cost. If our service technicians discover extensive repairs, they will do their best to temporarily address the issue; an estimator will be sent out to assess your roofing needs and purpose an effective solution.
Signs that you may need new gutters include sagging, overflowing water, visible cracks, peeling paint on the fascia, and water pooling around your home’s foundation. If your gutters are over 20 years old, a professional inspection is recommended.
Every roofing project is different! We have worked on projects that lasted a few months to a few hours. No matter the project, we have a well-equipped and trained workforce that will tackle your roofing project in the most effective way possible.
Soffit is the material that covers the underside of your roof’s overhang. It provides ventilation to your attic, prevents moisture buildup, and helps protect your home from pests. Without properly installed soffit, you may experience mold, ice dams, or higher energy bills.
Not always. If we have access to your roof, our service technician can perform the work and update you once it’s complete.
Fascia is the board that runs along the roof’s edge, directly behind the gutters. It supports your gutter system, protects the roofline from water damage, and gives your home a finished look. Replacing damaged fascia helps maintain structural integrity and curb appeal.
If more extensive work is needed, we’ll stop and provide a detailed proposal before continuing. Your deposit will be applied toward the new project if you choose to move forward.
Our office hours are from 8 am-4 pm CST Monday -Friday. Our office staff will take your contact information and do their best to assist with any questions.
With proper installation and maintenance, seamless aluminum gutters can last 20+ years. Vinyl or aluminum soffit and fascia can last even longer, especially when kept free of water damage and pests. Regular inspections will extend their lifespan.
Since no estimate is required, these repairs can often be scheduled faster than standard roof repairs.
There are many styles and types of roof systems. During the estimating process, your estimator can address different roofing options and answer any of your roofing questions you may have.
It is a good idea to call a roofing professional if you see any visible damage to the roof or leaking. Once the cause of the problem is identified, we can better address the situation and suggest the most effective way to fix your roof.
